May Fine Motor Morning Work Stations

April Fine Motor Morning Work Stations

My goal before leaving for Spring Break this week was to stage all my fine motor morning work so that when I came back, I would be ready to go.  It meant some late nights, but I did it and thought I would share my plans with all of you as quickly as I can so you can get a head … [Read more...]

March Fine Motor Morning Work Stations

Here in Mrs. McGuire's class, we have St. Patrick's Day, leprechauns and all things green on our minds.  That's why this month's morning work will have a bit of an Irish flavor to them.  Luckily, my kinders indulge me and love all the mystery and intrigue that comes along with … [Read more...]

January Fine Motor Morning Work

Have you been waiting on pins and needles to see what I have in my morning work stations this month?  Well, it's all about winter, snowmen, snow flakes and penguins.  Winter has definitely arrived in Michigan, so I might as well embrace it.  Right?  At least that's what I keep … [Read more...]

November Fine Motor Morning Work Stations

Ok, so seriously, I know it's November the 6th almost 7th by the time this goes live, but my last set lasted forever.  We had conferences and late starts and assemblies and fire drills and it just seemed like those last morning stations lasted like 90 days.  The good news is that … [Read more...]

Fine Motor Morning Work Bins

I've told you before how much I dislike paper/pencil morning work.  Blah!  I mean, like anything, if it works for you, GREAT! But it has never really been an effective or engaging activity for my students. I needed something that would provide hands on practice but give them a … [Read more...]

December Morning Fine Motor Work Stations

So I know that December first is quickly approaching and under 'normal' circumstances, I would have switched out my November Stations this past weekend, but I still have three days of November stations left.  I don't want to cut my kinders short . . . So I staged my December … [Read more...]

2 months ago by DifferKinder Feeling very blessed by MacKale’s progress. He was up and walking day two and continues to look stronger everyday. All nerve blocks and drains are out. He doesn’t really complain of any pain, but wasn’t really happy when they removed the tape that was on his stomach. Who knew that bellybuttons had so much hair and that removing tape would be the most painful part of amputation? We should be able to bust outta here tomorrow. Thanks for your prayers!  #amputee   #osteosarcoma   #hemophilia   #hemophilamom   #childhoodcancer
