I purchased one of your editable products and am having a problem getting the correct fonts to load. Can you help me?
Certainly! Usually, when you are having issues with editable products it is because the file is not being opened with the latest edition of Adobe Reader. So the first thing you need to do is make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader. You can Google, ‘download latest edition of Adobe Reader,’ and you will be able to easily locate it. Please be aware, Adobe Reader is a FREE software used for opening PDF files. You do not want the paid Adobe Acrobat software.
- Once you have downloaded and installed the latest version of Adobe Reader, you will need to restart your computer. This is a very important step.
- Next, locate the saved file you purchased from me on your computer.
- Right-click on the name of the file and you will get a prompt that says something like, ‘ . . . open using . . .’ When you see this, select ‘Adobe Reader’ from the dropdown choices offered.
- You should now be able to enter your selected words and you will see the desired fonts appear where they should. However, of course, if you have any issues past this, please do not hesitate to contact me so I can troubleshoot with you further. I am happy to help.
I purchased an item from your store. How can I get it?
All you need to do is enter your Differentiated Kindergarten account. Once you enter your account username and password, you can move to ‘downloads.’ All of your items will be located under your account and you can access them forever.
