This EDITABLE activity is differentiated to appeal to your kinesthetic learners and is tiered to meet the readiness of your students. There are several recording sheets for your use. These should give you plenty of choices when fitting the right activity level for each of your students

Please note:if you don’t have the same fonts loaded as I do, the following items may not line up exactly as they should.To edit the font so that it matches the fonts in the rest of this activity, simply go to https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Store/Kimberly-Geswein-Fonts. I used a font called KG Miss Kindergarten. It is a free download as long as you do not use it commercially. Download the font and add to your computer’s font choices. You may have to restart your computer to have it show up. I like to use this font in my products, and I find it easy for my students to read. Please make sure you download and install the appropriate font before alerting me to a problem. This usually resolves problems that may make the words seem skewed. You will also need the latest free version of Adobe Reader to enter your words. Install the fonts and Adobe Reader and then reboot your computer and you should be ready to go.

The following pieces are editable so that you can personalize the words to meet your needs. There are 4 different graphics, so you could ideally differentiate this to meet the word levels of 4 different groups. Each set has 12 cards and two different response sheets. One response sheet simply has students writing the words as they find them and then reading them to a friend. The second response sheet is for those teachers that like to make this activity more challenging by scrambling the words.

Once you have your words edited, simply print, laminate, and cut apart. I post my cards throughout the room for my students to find. They will know which cards are for them by referring to the picture on their response sheet.
