Description

In this activity, students search your room for eggs with pictures on them and record the picture they see on their recording sheet. While this activity allows you to differentiate by addressing the needs of your kinesthetic learners, it also is tiered to meet the various readiness levels of your students. There are three recording sheets. Sheet 1 (numbers 1-8) have students searching for CVC pictures to record. Sheet 2 (numbers 9-18) have a mixture of CVC/CCVC and CVCC pictures. And sheet 3 will have all CVCC and CCVC pictures. There are a totally of 24 different eggs so as your students progress, you can adjust your instruction to provide them more challenging words.
