Diggin’ Some Dinos, Freebies, A Sale Just for You and What’s in My Cart!
By
I haven’t blogged in so long. Ok, only a week, but it seems like a year and that is just way to long for me. I promise I have tons to share with you and I’m hoping to get a few extra posts out this week, but, if you are anything like me, this time of year is crazy. Soccer . . . swimming . . . baseball . . . kindergarten round-up . . . spring concerts . . . you name it, it’s all happening all at the same time. Tell me I’m not the only one.
I did get a few hours this weekend to get myself ready for DINOSAURS…they’re coming. I’ve pulled out my real/nonsense word bones. (There is a freebie that will help you will this if you don’t have bones or a sensory table…just click HERE.)
The freebie version looks like this…
My pointers . . .
Some write the room sheets (these are a freebie by the way. Just click HERE)
and have boxes and boxes and boxes of books, dinosaur figurines and all kinds of fun activities to introduce. So stay tuned this week for some new pictures.
I also got around to making a set of new dinosaur math stations.
Now is a good time to check this out to because starting Tuesday you can get it for a steal during the TpT Teacher Appreciation Sale.
Everything in my store is on sale from me for 20% off it’s original price. Then . . . on top of that . . . you get to take an additional 10% using the TAD13 code. So what does that really mean? Take a look at two of my latest items.
With savings like these you can be sure I’m filling my cart. Here’s a couple of things I have ready to get.
From Caitlin over at Kindergarten Smiles, I lover her All About Plants unit. It’s HUGE.
I’ve had my eye on these for a while. Annie’s things are always so fun. I just love the Moffatt Girls.
Hadar, from Miss Kindergarten has a nice Ready Made For First Grade pack that will be perfect for my kinders.
I’m also taking the plunge and getting Jeannie’s Sealife unit. (Don’t you just love Kindergarten Lifestyles?)
Mary, from Kindergarten Sharing, has this super unique and creative Digital Scrapbook Slideshow that I have had my eye on.
And finally, I love everything from Mrs. Miner’s Monkey‘s so I have to have her Guided Drawing unit.
I’m off to make sure I have all my feedback done so I can use all my TpT points for the big sale. Don’t forget about those points. They can save you some big bucks. I’ll be posting any other great find that I come across or products I love on my facebook page so stay tuned.
With nearly 20 years of experience as a full-time kindergarten teacher, I’m committed to creating a classroom where learning is joyful, engaging, challenging, and fun. Each day, I work to ensure that my students feel successful through instruction that considers their unique interests, learning profiles, and readiness levels. I believe that students should be excited to come to class and enjoy a myriad of hands-on activities that encourage exploration and discovery.
While I continue to teach full-time, I find so much joy in connecting and building friendships with teachers worldwide. It’s why I started this blog back in 2012. My hope has become a reality as I have been able to forge relationships with teachers, sharing ideas and building friendships beyond my little neck of the woods through professional development sessions and this blog.
So by all means, take some time to look around and explore A Differentiated Kindergarten. Gather some new ideas, fun tips, and most importantly, don’t forget to reach out and say, ‘Hi!’
