I am here to openly admit that I am a work in progress. I admit that as a mom, a teacher, a blogger and a friend that I often have to say “whoa . . . I totally need a do over.”
This time it was when I started pulling out my stuff from last year that I used for spider study during the spooky month of October. I pulled out my then ‘Spooky Spiders Galore’ and knew that it was due. It’s not that I wasn’t happy with the activities that were there…My kinders loved them last year. But there were only THREE!! What? Seriously?! How were there only three?
I knew I needed to add a few more choices to what was a good start to a great package . . .
Before. . .
and thus . . . Spooky Spiders gave birth to “Spider Word Work Galore.”
AFTER . . .
Here’s the best part. If you purchased Spooky Spiders Galore last year, you can go right back to your purchase page on TpT and re-download it and you will get ALL OF THE SIX ADDITIONAL NEW ACTIVITIES. It literally went from 19 pages to 55 overnight. And you don’t have to repurchase it . . . just go in and download.
It includes all the original three activities like Spider Sounds Self Correcting Independent Word Work
But it has some new soon to be favorites like Spider Letter (and Sound) Matching…(you supply your own spiders or use the cards I provide for this one . . .) Each activity has a student direction page to help make stations more independent, too.
And if you didn’t get a chance to pick it up last year . . . I even have a freebie “Poison Spiders” to give you an additional 10th word work station . . .
Just click on the above picture to get yours.
So thanks letting me indulge you with my latest Do Over. If you’d like to see more, you can just click on the picture below.
